All telecommunications carriers, whether cost, average, or price cap are required to maintain Continuing Property Records (CPRs). If you currently do not have accurate up to date CPRs, Kiesling Associates LLP can assist you with completing/updating those records.
Based on the CPRs, your Kiesling Cost Consultant will develop the required categorization to properly categorize your Central Office Equipment (COE) and COE Circuit investment into the correct Cost COE Categories. Your Kiesling Cost Consultant will work with your COE staff to identify the function each component serves in your company's telecommunications network.
If you do not yet have CPRs and are looking at converting to Cost or have already converted to Cost, Kiesling Associates LLP can assist you to develop the CPRs. In the meantime, your Kiesling Cost Consultant would work with your staff to identify and categorize the COE and Circuit Equipment until such time as the CPRs are fully developed.
